The data is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. In no event will Armeta be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages for any use of or reliance upon the data found at the Provide.X website or within generated lists.
